Curbside is pairing homeowners and gardeners to cultivate boulevard space according to the City of Victoria's Boulevard Gardening Guidelines.
Share your boulevard
We will work with gardeners to cultivate and maintain your boulevard, give you access to a raised garden bed, and invite you to all our garden-related workshops and activities.
Participation is free for homeowners.

Gardeners are not strangers
You will meet all gardeners who may use your boulevard in person before any gardens are established.

You bring the water
Gardeners will access water from a spigot on your property. You are entitled to compensation for this, if you wish.

Written agreements
Boulevard use will proceed according to a written agreement between you, the gardener(s), and Curbside. You can preview a draft of this agreement here.

Your boulevard, your choice
You can terminate your agreement at any time and Curbside will return your boulevard to its original state, within reason.

Share Your BoulevardApply for a garden
We will partner you with a homeowner who has boulevard space, build and maintain raised garden beds with you, and invite you to all our garden-related workshops and activities.
The first-year price for gardeners is $70.

Homeowners are not strangers

Cooperative membership
Gardeners join Curbside as cooperative member-owners and are encouraged to help make important decisions about the organization.
