We will work with gardeners to cultivate and maintain your boulevard, give you access to a raised garden bed, and invite you to all our garden-related workshops and activities.

Participation is free for homeowners.

   Gardeners are not strangers

   You will meet all gardeners who may use your boulevard in person before any gardens are established.

   You bring the water

   Gardeners will access water from a spigot on your property. You are entitled to compensation for this, if you wish.

   Letters of accountability

   After meeting in person to talk through expectations, Curbside will summarize the arrangements we've reached with you and the gardener(s) in a personalized letter — a semi-formal mechanism for keeping everyone aligned and accountable as the season progresses.

4. yard

   Your boulevard, your choice

   You can step away at any time and Curbside will return your boulevard to its original state, within reason.

We will partner you with a homeowner who has boulevard space, build and maintain raised garden beds with you, and invite you to all our garden-related workshops and activities.

The first-year fee for gardeners is $70.

   Gardeners join Curbside as cooperative member-owners and are encouraged to help make important decisions about the organization.
