Hunting for birch boletes in Fairfield (2022)
Our experience running workshops traces back to our early days as a UVic club. We foraged mushrooms, made blackberry jam, learned how to plant garlic, roasted fresh dandelion roots for tea and, perhaps most notably, held "build days" — drop-in events where we disassembled old wooden pallets and converted them into raised garden beds.
